Filo cups with salmon

This is fast, easy, delicious and you do not stop after the first portion. Did I introduce it right? I prepare a lot of food in my kitchen. I bake, freeze, mix, let it grow, I love to experiment. But sometimes it’s too early in life to do things. Filo dough is one of them. I love it and I do not feel like making it. At the same time I really want to eat it. This recipe is almost too good to be true. It will go well for your breakfast, snack, dinner, picnic, you can choose.

  • filo dough
  • 200g sour cream
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 100g smoked salmon
Pre-heat your oven to 170*C.

Place sour cream, chopped onion, chopped dill, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Add the salmon, torn in small pieces and mix a bit again.

Cut filo pastry into 9 squares, push each one to a muffin hole and divide the salmon mix between them.

Bake in 170*C for about 15 minutes.
